Do not use Autobutler. The garage they recommend was useless. The garage couldn't fit the part it was booked in for, told me to come back the next day to get part fitted, they inflated the original repair price and told me I must pay a deposit first before they ordered part. The cars amber engine light was on, a technician came over to me saying he can bypass the fault right now so the light goes out for £350. But the light being on was related to the Lambda Sensor they were supposed to be fitting for me on that day. This made me not pay a deposit and get out of the garage. Well I tried to reach out to Autobutler by calling them at 16:02 on Monday but they were closed. I emailed them straight after asking if someone could call me asap, but they only sent a reply saying they were closed They didn't respond to my second message when I asked them if they could please call me. Very poor service from Autobutler and extremely concerning service from LMS Garage W12.

Autobutler is an excellent website. I was given the quote which aptly fit my budget from the garage. Customer service was great from the Autobutler team. Mark was timely with this replies. And the garage was great as well. Carl received me on time and explained the repairs and costs involved clearly. All done on time which saved my job. Carl's workmanship was excellent! Autobutler and Executive Motor Services are a great combo. Highly recommend both their services.

After using auto butler before with great results I used them again to get my indicator relay changed. When posting the add I made it very clear what service I wanted pictures included. After choosing a quote, headed to the garage and dropped it off. After about 10 mins the mechanic walked over and said “it’s the relay” after telling him that’s what I wanted changed he said the quote was for the car to be plugged in for diagnostics only. I had to negotiate a new price for the rest of the work to be done which was double the original quote. It’s clear auto butler uses automated results based on what type of job you need doing and nobody actually looks at your quote at all. The garages have little idea what you actually need doing on arrival.Better off going to the mechanic yourself and get a quote as nobody clearly looks at your job it’s just done through an algorithm based on what you chose. Be Careful!

Where should I start I got a quote for new front discs and brake pads, so I asked if the same garage who quoted me if they can do my front ball joints.. got a quote by auto butler member who called me and said they can do my joints and its was cheap i asked twice i believe if he was sure its that price 250somthing? The man answered yup its a bargain aint it i said it frikking is a deal and half for all the job brakes and joints. I was happy until I went to pick my car up and was told its £490 rather than £250 something quote I got from from auto butler. I was super angry and £240 short for my emergency trip to pick my granny up. So please who ever uses this suto butler your best off searching on Google for near garage and ring to ask for a quote you might be better off. 0 rating from me if I coul but apparently I have to give a a star to upload this comment.
