5 Stars won't do this place justice. The service is above and beyond. It's a family run business and therefore can never go wrong in terms of trust, friendliness, openness and professionalism.. not like many other services that are big and franchised and you are just another number to them. I have used RSA over the years and they have been very reliable and always a pleasure to pop down when I need work doing. They will always go above and beyond not just to fix things that have gone wrong, but also to help you with the mods you want on your cars. A one in a million business and a real gem to have in our lovely town. Brilliant work guys keep it up 👏

I can highly recommend this company. My usually reliable old Merc developed an electrical fault. Two other repair places told me the part I required was out of stock and is no longer being made. I phoned RS Autosparks who said they were sure they could find the part, but if in short supply it could be expensive. However, they found the part and charged me less than £30 for it. John said he would take one hours labour to fit the part, but when I collected the car, he said he had fitted the part quicker than expected and only charged me for 30mins labour. Top notch service.

Never experienced any worse service than this, we needed some electrical work done on the car, the guy hit the car and damaged the front bumper and didn’t even tell us that it he damaged it, we had to tell him he did it as we just had a new bumper put on with fresh paint. When we gave him to fix it, took nearly 2 weeks and he kept saying it will be ready tomorrow. As a professional you should know how long it will actually take to get the work done and give a proper estimate and then despite having the part number which he took himself still ordered the wrong part and wasted more time. And the condition of the car when we got it back was all dirty everywhere. I would seriously not recommend this place at all from my experience and I’m disappointed as I would expect a professional who works on cars on daily to know what they doing at least.

Went to rs autosparks with my dashboard lit up on my hyundai,they had the car a few days and tried all there different kit on it to no avail.they were recommended by a friend.They dident charge me and although they dident sort it.I would still recommend and would take a car there again.Thanks for trying.
