I have been using this garage for both my cars and motorbikes for a few years now, brilliant friendly staff both in the office and the workshops. They never rush you for to make a decision and offer advice and explanations. I wouldn’t trust anyone else now I have been to court autos.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Over the course of the past 4 weeks, I’ve had a couple of interactions with Jack about Astra starting with a roadside recovery when the clutch went to the exact fault on the car being identified, fixed and the car delivered back to my door as courtesy. Jack handled the jobs with top tier service and remained in contact with me throughout letting me know progress and offering the best price to get everything resolved as well. Will be using you guys (hopefully not frequently lol) again for sure.
I had a warning light come up for a puncture on my Dacia Duster Hybrid. I pulled over and checked it and sure enough I’d picked up a nail in my front right tyre. I was close to Court Autos so I called in, it was lunch time so the mechanics were all on lunch. After giving my details and leaving the key I was given a lift back home and they said they’d phone when it was ready. Less than 2 hours later the phone rang and it was all done. I would definitely recommend them for their service and happy receptionists.
