We took our Volkswagen Tiguan to Autohause Bayern for the first time today. Our expectations after our first phone call, with respect to the Diagnostic Process and pricing, were met. They were able to determine what was going on and even had time to fix it the same day, which was absolutely wonderful! They answered all of our questions and gave us clear guidance. We will definitely be trusting them with our Tiguan in the future.

Nothing but amazing praises for Autohaus Bayern. They serviced my e34 perfectly years ago and now our f85 recently. The rear differential had an issue and they diagnosed / worked with me on / fixed perfectly. Honest / open / diligent. I won’t take my car anywhere else. 5 stars and highly recommended!

I did not feel Marshall's communication was respectful or informative. My question was simple, "Does a diagnostic guarantee me an answer to why my car did not pass DEQ?" He was not able or willing to give me a straight answer and instead decided to respond, "Let's just get started with the diagnostic and we can go from there." The diagnostic costs roughly $180. I let them know I wanted to know what the diagnostic process included to better understand what I am paying for, and I was met with a mimicked answer from before, "Let's just get the diagnostic started and we can just see where that goes." I was clear with them if they weren't able to provide me with an understanding I would be leaving to find another mechanic, Marshal saw this as an opportunity to usher me out the door and while saying, "That sounds like a good call." I'm glad I didn't allow these passive aggressive sales tactics to work and am happy to have gotten better service elsewhere. Don't go to this shop unless you already know what you need done.

Did a great job fixing my Porsche. Easy communication, and reasonable pricing. (Not cheap). Fixing a German cars never is. However, I will definitely be back if anything else happens to my car.
