Dropped my car to get headlight replaced because the headlight they replaced it with went out in less than 2 months. I left my car at 1045 am yesterday...I called throughout the day and my car was next. According to the manager, he only had four workers and they were very behind. By 8:45 that night, I still did not get a phone call that my car was ready so I decided to go get it because they closed at 8:30. As I pulled up they were turning off lights and leaving. I asked the manager where is my car? He informed me that he tried calling me, although my phone never rang, and that he had to order the bulb. I was angry but because the manager assured me that tomorrow I would not have to wait once the bulb arrived I will be in and out, I calmed down. I went back today and the same store manager informed me that it would be an hour. I am contacting corporate. Horrible customer service.

My husband walked in looking for a better paying job, and walked out hired, with a start date in place, and all required paperwork and drug testing done at the same time. He's very happy with the staffing company itself, but more importantly, really loves the job they found for him. Just look for Old Town Pottery and Ollie's in the shopping center to know you're in the right place. It's tucked into that shopping center, next to a furniture store.

This is by far the worst temp service to work for. I worked for Alliance about a year or two ago and I had a bank account with Compass set up for dd then. I am now 5 months pregnant and needed something so I went back to work with Alliance just this month on the 1st. I filled out new banking info in order to receive my paycheck 2 weeks prior to starting work. Why? Because I no longer bank with Compass because my account was compromised and docked 2-300 in the negative and I no longer wanted to have an account there for various reasons. I was suppose to receive my check this Friday on Dec 11th and they sent it to the closed negative account where all of my check was taken. The excuse was they didn't put the new info in on time and can't help that the account was negative. Everyone there keeps giving me the run around and I am pregnant with bills on the holidays and have worked my ass off at a perfume plant for them only to not have been payed. And get this, after everything, the lady called and fired me in claims that I didn't meet their quota when I reached 90-100% every hour. Will be suing this company very soon. And will never return or recommend anyone in need of a job to go there.
