Really not happy with the service supplied by this garage. On face value it was perfect, I went in with an engine fault, turned out to be a head gasket and they were fantastic, they got a new engine sorted, granted it did take them 8 weeks to complete the works, but they eventually got there. £4,500 I paid for all of this, in hindsight we should have left it but it was on finance and it was not as much as what was left to pay. I was very pleased, however since... I have had nothing but issues with the car, constantly back and fourth from this garage but soon after other garages as I began to lose trust here. I have finally taken it to a trustworthy friend who has gone into the car, his first call to me... 'who changes this engine, because they havent got a clue.' there was NO oil filter, which has driven the car into a worse condition, none of the effected areas of the car have been sorted since the previous engine, this was clearly a case of engine in, tighten it up and leave it. Really disappointed and let down by a garage i felt had done a really good job, but it seems instead they have snapped up the 4,500 and run. Shame really, you try a local business instead of a big name garage to try help them, and get it shoved back in your face. I know there are plenty of great reviews here, and they are really friendly and kind, so dont let this review deter you completely, make your own judgement for sure, but please be wary.

I'm so grateful to Kane Autos. The breakdown recovery driver, Big Jack, recommended them and I'm so glad he did. I was dropped off at 3:30am, slept freezing till opening time where Sue welcomed me in with a hot cup of coffee! She reassured me that Kane Autos would help and not to worry. Half an hour later, the issue was identified, the parts ordered and by lunchtime my van was fixed and I was back on the road, amazing! I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you 😊
