Took my car to Lisbon auto as it was sounding really rough. They took my car in quickly and diagnosed the problem (turned out to be a bad bearing). Owner (Nuno) called me to describe what the issue was and what the cost would be to replace. No unnecessary repairs/add on sales like I am used to. Once I gave the go ahead I received another call maybe 2 hours later telling me my car was ready to go. The whole process was fast, stress free and communication was great. Price came in less than what I was expecting to pay. As far as warranty for this job I was told that any issues for the next 5 years I go right to them to fix. You can tell there is pride in their work. Can’t recommend them enough. Very happy.
