What an incredible buying experience!!! Keegan is excellent to deal with. These people are genuinely good people, who go out of their way to make a deal easy for the customer. I started looking to get a new car in January of 2025. It was a very frustrating experience. Most of the independent & franchise dealers I visited used the "get them in the door" tactic and then blasted me with attempts to upsell or try to sell of cars they didn't really want or stand behind. I had basically given up until I found a listing for a car I had in mind with great mileage and came sold certified without the standard "safety fee" of an additional $600+ of asking price. It wasn't in Toronto (where I live), it was at Frank Gies Auto Sales in Waterloo. I checked reviews for Frank Gies and they were overwhelmingly positive and now I know why. I made the trip to see the car. I was listened to. My questions were answered clearly. After a test drive, we agreed upon a great price. I reviewed the Carfax and purchased the car. There was no pressure either to buy, to finance, or upsell to a car outside of my budget. A small issue came up afterward and Keegan took care of it professionally and clearly. The car is in great shape and just what I needed. Frank Gies Auto Sales is my first and at present, only dealership that I highly recommend to anyone who needs to purchase a used car with confidence, no nonsense, and a fair price. After a stressful time interacting with other dealers and private sales, my experience with Frank Gies was wonderful. Keegan and Les treated me with respect and I hope I did so in return. Super happy with the car I know is in great shape and will be reliable for years to come.
