Raymond Curry JrSo my parents got a car from here last month. The first day the battery died and I had to buy a new one. It’s been over a month and we still only have One headrest in a car that sits five! We had No tail lights! And will have to buy those as well!. When registering for insurance was told by Jay they lost the inspection and needed to do it again ?. Meaning they never did one because he had to put new windshield wipers on to pass! Horrible business practices and Horrible communication From Jay the guy “helping.” My parents are being a good sport about all of this but I can’t stand by. Unacceptable! I am extremely disappointed in Autos of Texas Tyler,Texas. Will not return. UPDATE*** It has been over 2 months and I still only have one head rest. I called and spoke with Jay Today who clearly had an attitude and could not give me a time frame of when I will receive them. I will say this once. If you are a person of Color, I suggest doing business with higher quality people. Be advised. You have been warned.

Quinton BrownGot a good deal on a truck. Sheryar was very pleasant and helpful. Another gentleman was helping me keep my kid entertained while I was in the financing process. Overall a great experience but the only thing I didn’t like is the gas tank was only filled halfway instead of being filled all the way. Haven’t experienced that out of a dealership before, but a minor issue.
