I went to this location for a safety inspection, expecting to be informed of the necessary repairs before the official submission. It was clear the vehicle wouldn’t pass as it was, but instead of providing a list of issues, they sent everything straight to the ministry without showing or explaining what needed to be fixed. A proper inspection should outline required repairs beforehand, allowing the owner to address them first. If you’re looking for transparency, avoid this place—they’ll make sure to eliminate your options. Just stating, I would never expect anyone to do anything that puts their business in jeopardy. A stronger focus on clearly communicating with the customer is needed. To add to reply. It would have only taken you 5 mins to say this vehicle fail. Why you charge me 200 and waste 2hrs to say it failed and send report for a vehicle that is obviously not fit yet. Easy 200. Also no complete report of defects was given, why?? it says on ministry you are supposed to provide list of defects Why???You calling me stupid just shows your business integrity and I wonder if any of your junkers on the lot will pass safety.

I bought a car off of him and I’ve only had for about 3 years now I’ve only drove it for about a few days before all this bad stuff started happening, & still is. My family went there for regular maintenance on their cars ( not frm there) he was supposed to be a friend to my dad. And he sold me a lemon and never fixing or getting to the root of the problem for my car!! This car had cost us in repairs 10 times over on what the car is worth so far. But we trusted him and thought we could. It’s been a headache after headache problems after problems.I would NEVER buy another car from here again ,if your going to buy a vehicle here just buyer beware!! Also I hardly drive and when I do I only drive to the grocery store and to my kids school I can’t even drive up to Kitchener to see my family because my car again can’t go far or I’ll break down and it’s is in the shop with a trusted mechanic now.. and I wish we never met cause I would have found a much better, newer vehicle and not been lied to because there’s no way that he didn’t know that this car had so much problems……. shame on you guys and if I could give ZERO stars I would. EDIT TO OWNER RESPONSE; first of all I didn’t come back one year later what’s wrong with you? I literally drove it for a week and the engine light came on and my car was leaking coolant all over the place and I had to drive it yes from my home 40 mins away( I came that far because we thought you were honest)so they said they fixed it . But the engine light came back on again so I found out they just cleared it because it’s that easy to do…. Everyone has those machines now… I’m just pissed because I saw red flag’s before but I was trusting him cuz of my dad. But people I’m still dealing with issues with this car… I didn’t get to drive it for one whole year. I know found the best mechanic and he’s trustworthy and reliable I found him just recently and he fixed one of my biggest problems in half a day. I’m so thankful I found my new mechanics. Everyone is going to have a different experience with this guy, at first he was kind to me as we were kind to him but I just wish he would have said to me or my dad no don’t get this vehicle trust me it had issues or something anything.. it’s only been three years coming up on four years next year.

Hours listed are 8-5, tried to view a car they have for sale for "quick sale". Set up a time of 6:30pm, told them we are coming from out of town (hour drive). Emailed at 5:35 when we left our home to confirm it was still ok to come, emailed us back at 6:20 saying he was leaving in 10 minutes. Told him we were on the way. We arrived at the shop at 6:40 - guy already left and now won't answer emails. Good luck selling if you're not flexible with people who work full time. So rude in the email as well when I tried to confirm that we could still come see it.
