I have been contracting for Autotech for just over 4 years, The guys are great and friendly They work hard to find work for you and if you work hard for them the rewards are great, The pay is fair and negotiable with a choice of a few payment methods. One of the benefits of working as a contractor is the freedom to choose when you want to work and where. As a limited company I split my time between contract work and my own customer vehicle, Almost every garage I have gone to work for has been grateful to see me turn up and know they are getting a solid days work confident knowing a fully qualified technician and MOT tester is able to fill the void when there is sickness, annual leave training or other staff shortages. Racist and discriminatory agency, I called them to sign up my husband. He has a vast amount of experience as a mechanic and is an hybrid specialist. He moved to the UK approx 3 years ago. I informed the agent that his English language skills are slightly poor and the advisor straight away stated that would not be acceptable for the company and wouldn’t take him on as a mechanic. We had a further conversation and he agreed he would call back to speak to my husband to assess his language however did not call back. I called the agency again and left a message but he did not return my call. His name is James, they are not willing to give ethnic minorities a chance and discriminate. AVOID

My experience of working with Autotech Recruit has been extremely pleasant. The team are always at the end of the phone to help and advise with any issues that may arise and I have been treated as a valued member. On the occasion I did have a problem two members of the team travelled a considerable distance to visit my workplace personally in order to address the issue. Work has been plentiful and I have never had to wait for my next contract. Having contacted for Autotech for the past three years I never wish to return to being employed by one single employer.
