Absolutely fantastic garage - I couldn’t be more pleased. The staff are friendly, approachable and genuinely understanding. They only carry out the work that’s actually needed, which makes them incredibly trustworthy. As a woman turning up on my own, I really appreciated that there was no overselling or pressure - just honest, straightforward advice. Jane and Billy were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They managed to fit my car in at very short notice and I had it back the very next day. This is definitely my new go to garage! ☺️

Nothing but good here. Needed to find a good garage that specialises in Vauxhall and they are amazing. Billy is courteous and responds back to emails very quickly. They are thorough in the work and they tell it to you straight, what needs to be done. The part I needed woulda cost be a few hundred but they said to look on eBay and you might get it a lot cheaper. And I did and they fitted it and all is good. Their labour charges are reasonable, but it’s the service you get from them. A good family run business, very helpful, a clean workshop and a place I definitely recommend. Thanks you AV Autos. I know my vehicle is in good hands with you. Something that customers need in this day and age.
