Avaca Construction helped me with the demolition of a commercial studio space. It was a tricky job being that it was in a building over 100 years old, and there were layers upon layers of old floor, removal of interior walls, and the removal of plaster to expose the existing brick walls. The team did a great job keeping the site clean, respecting the other building tenants, and completing the job in a timely manner. The communication was also very clear, and the team helped me make decisions and guided me through the process step by step. I'm very happy with Avaca and the work that they completed for my studio.
