I approached Bellefleur suffer from sciatica. I found them professional, friendly and efficient. Jacob did a thorough interview at my initial visit and designed an exercise program, illustrating at each step the proper way to perform it. He also sent me a video showing the exercises. I saw him 3 times and each time he combined massages with reviewing my exercise routine and adding as necessary. I was going on holiday so he advised me on how to continue while I was gone. My sciatica disappeared after about a week of doing the exercises. As recommended I continue to do the exercises on a reduced basis as a preventative. On my return Jacob contacted me and offered any assistance. I recommend them unconditionally and will certainly return there should I have need of such help in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Alexander Moyes, who is both kind and very knowledgeable. He taught me some useful exercises that have made a significant difference in my recovery. The only reason I can't continue seeing him is due to the high prices charged by the clinic, which unfortunately don't fit into my budget. However, if you can afford it or have a good health insurance plan, I highly recommend him.
