JähdeiI thought AVANT was going to be like other temp agencies and have this fake, nice environment where they make you feel like you have nothing to worry about. However, they are extremely honest with the work they are able or not able to get you. Their service is super fast and I got a temp job within days after applying to AVANT! Now the department I work for is looking into keeping me full time!

Paycheck has always been accurate, no runaround from here to there when it comes to job placement and the most friendliest set of office staff I've met in a long time! As long as you do YOUR part as an employee, AVANT most definitely does theirs as the employer! Now they'd be awesome if they hired felons. Lol!
