The rooms are well-maintained, modern, and equipped with all essential amenities. Housekeeping is efficient and consistent, and the front desk staff is polite and responsive to guest needs. Breakfast is decent with a variety of options, though it could benefit from more local and continental variety for longer stays. The security and privacy levels are commendable, and the overall atmosphere feels professional and homely at the same time. Highly recommended for business travelers, solo visitors, or families looking for a safe and quality place to stay in the capital.

I stayed at Avari Xpress Residences from 23rd to 25th April 2025 in the Business Suite (Room 330) and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was genuine and heartfelt — something you don't come across often these days.||The staff made all the difference. Breakfast was a real highlight, thanks to Sadaf, Sabir, and the fantastic kitchen team — always smiling, attentive, and making sure every guest felt looked after. At the front desk, Tayyab and Naveed were professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Danish and Imran from the porter team handled everything quickly and made my check-in and check-out so smooth. The airport transfer was reliable with clean, comfortable cars, and the booking process was fast and stress-free. Special thanks to Iftikhar Ahmad from housekeeping, who kept the room spotless and ensured water bottles, tea, and toiletries were always replenished with care.||I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to two very special people — Rizwan Bukhari and Aun Mashadi. I had to travel to Islamabad urgently due to my aunt’s passing, and while I was still trying to sort out flight options, Mr. Rizwan graciously took my call and managed to arrange my booking within minutes. His support during such a difficult time meant a lot. And a huge thanks to Aun Mashadi, who not only upgraded me to the Business Suite but also ensured that I was comfortable and cared for throughout my stay. Both Rizwan and Aun are absolute treasures for the Avari brand, and I sincerely wish them continued success.||If I had to suggest anything, adding a swimming pool and offering a little more variety at breakfast would make the experience even better. But overall, Avari Xpress Residences truly impressed me, and I am already looking forward to staying there again.
