I have been a patient for several years. I can not say enough positive things about the staff; your wellbeing and health are their top priority and they interact with you in a way that help alleviate the stress that comes with overcoming injuries. The facility is centrally located on Brant Ave so there's lots of parking on adjoining streets and the lot in the rear. Rina is a friendly face at the desk who remembers EVERYTHING you need from a billing and booking standpoint. There's art from a local artist decorating the space to make it so cozy. Whether you need regular maintenance or a short-term intervention, I definitely recommend anyone on this team.

I am very happy with my first experience with a physiotherapist. I was seen on the day I called the office and Sarah was wonderful. She identified the source of my pain and recommended home exercises to ease my discomfort. I look forward to any future treatment options on my road to recovery:)

Updated: Liana has been the core therapist and person in fixing my shoulder! She is hands on and I am now really fixed! I have been to see her almost 2 years now because of the broken shoulder and she has my shoulder moving in full motion and some days it might be tight she can get it back to full motion. I am just so grateful for her. I have had massages and chiropractor to help with the stiffness and inflammation but without Liana I wouldn't be where I am today. She has been truly a shoulder saver. I have been going to see Liana for over a year now due to a 5+stage dislocation on my shoulder and collar bone and through 3 operations. The first 2 operations didn't fix it but she worked, hands on, every visit to get me comfortable and less pain. To get my arm moving the best it could with what we were dealing with. This last operation was a success and my shoulder is fixed. Liana has worked to get it moving and now into strength training. It will take time to get full range of motion but she has gone above and beyond dealing with wsib and being there in every session for my physical and sometimes emotional needs. She even worked out the tennis elbow on the other arm as it was compensating for the injury. After a few treatments I am stronger!! I could not have been this far along without her. I love going to Avenue Physio! They don't hook you up to a machine and leave you. I am so grateful for this place! They all care!!💪
