I have received multiple deliveries from Averitt Express and they all have been delivered to there expected time. Also none of my deliveries had any signs of damage and the guy delivering my shipment was really nice and helped me move my heavy shipment inside my garage. Overall I highly recommend this company, don't let the bad reviews from years ago fool you they have improved all around.

Terrible experience! Im a small veteran owned concrete flooring business trying to make it and stay afloat. The material that I ordered was not received in the time frame that was promised to me. Even worse, I called customer service to find out the status of it and they said it would be in the next day, so I relayed the information to home owner and other contractors that would be on site for us to lay this product down. Again the material was a NO SHOW after I was told it would be in and I drove 1hr out of my way to pick up and was told it was not in! I will pay a little more next time to use a more reliable shipping company!

One star is too much for this company a day prior they called to make an appointment I waisted all day waiting for my package never cane in as appointment said driver was 2 hours late when I went to their location to pick up my package they took another hour to deliver because they make things vety complicated.....do not use them
