Nancy is the most hard working real estate agent I've ever encountered! We moved to the Toronto area from the US, and only had three days to view houses. She set up about 20 showings for us each day, and in between showings at night was scheduling more showings and negotiating with seller's agents. I know she barely slept! She secured for us the house we really loved at a good price, and found us a lawyer to handle the contract and closing. Not only that, she also did a virtual walkthrough for us just before closing to make sure the house was in the condition it was supposed to be in. Nancy is a very professional real estate agent. She helped me selling a property, the entire process is very well planned. After recommended pre-sale reno & staging, the property received significant amount of showings even during the uncertain time like this year. She followed up with the buyer's agents deligently and we finally received an offer. Due to the change of plan, we decided to withdraw the resale listing from MLS and change to rental listing for now.
