I successfully sued, and obtained a court order against, this company. Seven years ago, I attended at Bellair for coolsculpting. The placement of the applicators was skewed and it led to a small indent in my abdomen that has remained since the procedure. Following the coolsculpting, I made several attempts to have the issue corrected and requested a refund so I could go elsewhere to have the issue fixed. These requests were ignored by Bellair after more than one follow- up visit to the clinic. As a last resort, I sued this company and successfully obtained a judgment against them in 2022. Prior to the court ruling in my favour, I suggested to management that they consult a lawyer - they refused to do so and, quite arrogantly and erroneously, told me in writing that I wouldn’t be successful in my action . This is the only cosmetic procedure I’ve had and I will likely never have one again to follow this experience. The staff I met with were kind, so I’ll be balanced in my review. From what people have said in their own reviews, it’s possible to have a positive experience here. If something goes wrong, however, this company lacks decorum. They’ve, evaded service of court documents, ignored my court order, and have consistently dismissed my concerns and efforts for a resolution. It’s a very vulnerable place to be in to trust someone with your body. Unfortunately, this company simply did not care to take accountability in my situation. The judgment remains outstanding and I haven’t heard a word from them.

I had my first laser hair removal session here and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff were all true professionals — friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly before starting, which really helped since it was my first time. I didn’t have any reactions or irritation after every session, which shows how careful and skilled they are. Highly recommend Bellair Laser!

I’ve been coming to this location for over 6 years. I moved to Durham region and even though I have skin vitality 5 mins away I stayed loyal to Bellair and even though it takes me over an hour to get there. About 5 weeks ago I had an injector use a technique I haven’t seen at Bellaire. She did not map anything out, and used about half the injection sites to achieve my Botox. As you can see from the pic, the technique she has used is ineffective. She put concentrated Botox in spots on my face which resulted in very poor and uneven results all over my forehead. I called and explained the situation last week and was told to send pics. I did that, as well as a video. They told me my injector used 10 less units than I usually get - which yeah because I did not get a lip flip this time. I still shouldn’t be having frown lines like this 5 weeks after Botox. That’s over 40 units, $4-$500 worth of work and looks like nothing was done. It took the nurses 2 days to sort themselves out and offer me a complimentary “5 units and nothing more”. 5 units isn’t going to do anything, and I’m not driving another 2 hours, that would be 4 hours combined and still not achieving what I desire and paid for with my my Botox. Insulting, your time isn’t the only valuable time Bellair. I have an appointment today, and I will not be showing up. I’m not driving over 2 hours for 5 units and more money out of pocket - the more I look at my results, the more upset I am with the staff here. It’s giving desperate - you guys need the units more than I do, in fact, I have 16 on file, pass them onto the next customer that injector messes up. That’s how much I don’t care for your 5 units. That’s how annoyed I am with the way this was handled. Lost me as a client, I’ll be calling up skin vitality today, let’s see if they also think 5 units will fix this.

Highly recommend! I have had a wonderful experience at Bellair Laser Clinic. I am having the tattoo removal service completed and the staff that have been providing me with the treatment have been very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They have made sure that I am comfortable during the treatment and they take their time to make sure it is done correctly. The results have been great so far and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatments after I have finished breastfeeding my little one.
