When my parents moved to an assisted living, we employed Diamond Builders to help me renovate their condo in preparation for rent. They helped me to update the interior by reconfiguring the kitchen cabinets to open the space up, put in new lighting, installed new wood laminate flooring in the kitchen, updated the bathrooms, and removed the popcorn ceilings. When replacing the bathroom exhaust fan, Nick discovered the dryer vent was not emptying to the outside, but emptying into the attic causing a potential safety risk. He and his crew are very thorough and knowledgable. Nick Cicali oversaw the entire project from the prep and paint to the beautiful finished product. They did such a great job that everyone who walked through it loved the space. We rented the unit as soon as it was ready. Thank you for another quality job at a very fair price. My parents were so pleased!
