Awesome Life Academy is, well, awesome! After searching for a good fit for my high-functioning, intellectually disabled daughter, we found a standout in ALA. The staff is amazing, the program is very well run and the events are varied and exciting. She looks forward to every week and every outing. The program gets her moving, keeps her interest and involves her in the community. It’s really like nothing else she’s participated in, in the past. We’ve found our forever program!

We are blessed to have found Awesome Life Academy for our son Peter. It is an amazing opportunity that compliments the programming through his Trinity Services group home. ALA gives him the opportunity to exercise, spend time exploring new places in the community, participate in service activities, and make a new circle of friends. Brandon and his staff are welcoming, kind and always positive with the program participants. They truly encourage everyone to "torch their limitations" and try new things. Whether it's participating in the Friday daily program or attending the summer sleep away camp, Peter eagerly looks forward to his time with his friends at ALA. The opportunities we have had to interact with Peter's ALA friends and the ALA staff have shown us what life is like for people with disabilities when they are loved, valued and encouraged.

Awesome Life Academy has helped to fill the undeniable gap that exists in the community after our special needs adult children age out of public school. It is challenging to find a place where individuals can be socially engaged, feel valued and accepted, and continue to develop as they grow. Brandon’s organization has addressed these needs, and it has been instrumental in our son’s growth as an adult in the community. Brandon’s organization has provided us, as parents, with the peace of mind that Clay experiences happiness through friendship, self-acceptance through his accomplishments, and inspiration through others’ leadership. We cannot wait for what the next chapter holds for this organization. Brandon is a dreamer who not only visualizes a better life for these adults but also finds a way to do hard things and takes action. We are very blessed to have found this organization and cannot express our gratitude in words.

Our son has been attending Awesome Life Academy since the summer of 2024 and it has been a great experience for him. Brandon and the staff are friendly and supportive. There is always something fun going on like community outings, yoga, dance, swimming and eating out. He really enjoys being part of the group. We are very happy with the program.
