Joanna is not only skilled but also a joy to talk to, always offering excellent advice on hair care and beauty. She's truly an angel. I always get my highlights done by her, and this time I tried hair smoothing. She's a gem! Just look at my hair!!!

I have been going to Axiom for years when it was first located upstairs in City Square and eventually sold located downstairs. I have been with two long term stylists, not the owner, and have been very happy with them. However, recently, the owner's daughter, Angelique Lahtinen, has been behaving unprofesionally and taking it out on my current stylist. She recently called to reschedule my appointment, saying my stylist had Covid. I then learned the daughter, Angelique Lahtinen, and my stylist had a disagreement and she changed his appointments around to retaliate; my stylist did not have Covid. My stylist called me the day of my original appointment to inquire if i was still attending the appointment. I informed him of the above transaction and he said he never had Covid I am hearing from one side of the story, but I trust my stylist and believe Angelique Lahtinen, behavior is unbecoming as there was another situation, which I believed she sabotaged my appointment with him. I will go where my stylist go. Precaution must be taken to ensure your appointments are kept for anyone who decides to go as Angelique Lahtinen may sabotage appointments as I experienced it first hand. Axiom was once a lively and busy salon but unfortunately, it is a skeleton of former business.
