Don’t bother even thinking about going to their office physically if you think you might talk to someone. If you go to their office in Atlanta you would not be able to speak to anyone. I went to the fancy office they have in Atlanta and the person that helped me was a very nice security women. She called the office got no answer. EVEN SECURITY can’t reach them. Security found a number in there book and they spoke to someone named Monica and they gave me Monica’s number. Never got a call back. Dont even bother. This is recruiting office and no one is there to help you. That makes no sense. No one there physically. No one can reach them. No help but a fancy office with no living being inside.

I am a software engineer in the Atlanta area, with quite a few years of experience. I just accepted an offer for full time employment. The Jobspring Atlanta team represented me as recruiters. They did a great job! One thing they did very well was communicate with me. The Jobspring team made sure all of my questions were answered, and they went back to the client when I asked for more information on positions they were presenting to me. During my background check, I needed their help to expedite something [the background check firm asked for more info], and they responded to my “please help!!” email with 10 minutes. They knew who to call, and everything got done! It’s very clear that Jobspring has built a relationship with direct hiring managers at their client companies. And having that is so much more valuable than what you get with an internet based job site. I also believe that that the Jobspring team did a good job of representing me in the best possible way. It was very obvious to me that they were having one-on-one conversations with their clients, which brought out my strengths as a candidate. Another thing they did was spend time on the phone with me, just to be there as helpful resources, to talk you through the flood of thoughts (sometimes doubts) that are always present in a job search.
