⸻ I must say, a very professional team – the doctor, receptionist, and everyone were so friendly and helpful. I’ve been to many places, but this is by far the best. The team is clean, professional, and easy-going. In terms of fillings, dental cleaning, and oral hygiene, everything was excellent. They conduct a proper investigation before starting any work. Their instruments are new, and you can feel the cleanliness as soon as the process begins. They don’t rush; instead, they take the proper time for each procedure. The receptionists are very welcoming and attentive.

I’ve been coming to Pearl Dentistry for about 7 years now and I can honestly say I love it here!!!! Dr Dhugga and his staff are gentle, kind, and so easy to talk to and ask questions! They’ve always taken their time with me, made sure I’m comfortable, and have helped completely change the way I feel about going to the dentist! Dr. Dhugga is sooo nice, professional, compassionate, and always very thorough. He explains things clearly and genuinely cares about his patients. It’s truly such a relief to be in the hands of someone who never rushes you. I can honestly say that over time, they’ve earned my complete trust and I actually look forward to my appointments now. Great services and effective treatments is what sets them apart.

I had a very bad experience with Karen at this clinic. She doesn’t listen and talks in a rude and arrogant way. I don’t even know how I was charged. This is not how you treat people, especially in a service job. Students, please don’t go to this clinic. You won’t even get a proper bill, which is important. Karen says things that are not true and acts like she’s doing you a favor. It felt more like being cheated than getting help. You deserve better.
