Azani Pro Dog Training

Would not recommend this place to anyone looking to board. To be fair from what my daughter and I saw they do seem to have a successful training program. However we never got that far due to the boarding of my daughter’s dog. We knew going in he’d be handful and relayed that from the jump. We only went with Azani because their site stated they specialized in aggressive breeds. Because we were leaving fairly quick and couldn’t travel with him ultimately we boarded here. Since we knew Trig experienced anxiety, and pretty much has never been exposed to a boarding environment we called to check on him. Between my daughter and I we both made several attempts to call for an update and check on Trig. Neither of us were successful. We head back in from out of town and get a call back on the last day that Trig was very anxious, he attempted to snip at two workers, and he had a fingernail size scab on his nose. She stated we didn’t need a vet visit (which we are taking him to anyway) that some antibiotics would work. She stated it could have been from him trying to bust out of a kennel….. we get there to pick him up and talked with the lady upfront and told her how unsatisfied we were with the lack of communication. She apologized and applied a 10% discount to the bill. We were willing to bypass all that and still give them a chance to train. However when Trig was brought out he was soaking wet. My daughter asked why, they stated it was urine. Trig was soaked NOT from urine but from being sprayed off with the water hose! My other relative waiting in the car saw an employee outside in the kennel area with a water hose moments before Trig was brought out to us. It made sense when we got Trig home and saw his backside caked up with old feces and his blanket completely covered in old dry up feces . When we bathed him you could tell it had been on him for a while. It is in our conclusion because Trig was a handful they dumped him in his kennel and didn’t properly care for him. He obviously wasn’t too bad because the young lady kept pushing for training for Trig which of course is more money for them! We do plan on getting him trained but not here and not for any future boarding either!

I just had the best dog trainer & dog training lesson I have ever had! Literally 5 plus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! My dog is 6yo Bernese and has gone to many classes & trainers for years without success regarding car fear. Maddie got her into the car within 5 minutes! I have had many dogs and trainers over the last 30 years & this was the best experience! This was miraculous to me and at an unexpected speed of success. My other young Bernese had car fear too plus would not down’ but Maddie was able to conquer everything in less than an hour!! I highly recommend her and Azani!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I boarded my dog here while I was out of town from 08/29 - 09/01 and couldn't get ahold of them the entire time I was away. They were called a total of 8 times within the timeframe my pet was there so I could check up on him yet none of the calls were answered and kept going straight to voicemail. I was also told they have no recollection of any of the calls. Ironically, I called and acted as if I wanted to inquire about training pricing and someone was able to answer right away. Fast forward, when it came time for me to pick my dog up he was brought out to me soaking wet. I asked why he was wet and was told he had pee on his blanket that could've gotten on him but the kicker is his blanket I brought with him was so filthy/ruined I had to throw it away. He also had visibly old feces on him so I can only imagine what the conditions actually were back in the kennel which prompted the fast tracked soaking. I also was originally told to download their set app so I could get picture updates of my dog, I checked every single day and there were no pictures posted. When I asked the lady at the front desk about them (who had originally even mentioned the pictures) she acted confused and didn't know why they weren't uploaded. I can almost bet those pictures weren't uploaded because of the conditions my dog were in that they didn't want me to see. I'm not sure what kind of show is ran here at this facility but I will never be back. Throughout all of my troubles and the horrible communication the main thing that they continuously tried to stress was their training programs that they recommend for your dog which cost an arm and a leg. It's all a ridiculous money game so everyone beware!!
