Within only minutes the other HVAC technicians recommended replacing the unit, and quoted very expensive replacement costs. John on the other hand, took time to look into the issue. He didn't immediately suggest replacement, he got to work and fixed it! It's a 19 year old unit with perhaps a few more years left in it. The A/C is now working and we are thrilled!
