Outstanding customer service. My association is using Aztec to inspect and repair sewer lines as preventative maintenance. Happy to engage in long term relationship with Aztec. Highly recommend. Harold has been available to us for urgent needs. He clearly explains our choices and pricing is always fair. Work is done quickly and they do a great job restoring the landscape.

They came out late 10pm for emergency had main drain clog no toilets would flush. He snaked it out in like an hour. Price seemed little high but since it was late night it was ok. They scheduled me the next day for them to come back out check drains with camera and hoping it just needs to be flushed out. Not sure what charge for that will be until they get here and check everything out. We are able to flush toilets now but cant run washing machine or dishwasher until they come today and check everything.

Thomas was excellent in serving my sister's clogged kitchen sink. Super friendly and knowledgeable and extremely patient with all of my questions. I was referred to Aztec Plumbing by an acquaintance and Im glad I took their advice. Good and fair pricing and quick service. Will definitely use this company again.

I've added an update and changed my rating. We finally arrived at our home here in Naples. It appears you all did the repipe as described. Thank you. UPDATE: After being here for a few months, we realized that Aztec did not do the repipe of the external hose bib that comes from the garage. You stucco patched it and it is no longer functional and is ugly. This has been a total inconvenience as it makes it very hard to wash your car or water flowers in the courtyard or clean it. All the villas have this. Not completing the job is less than honest.
