We have dealt with serious airflow, humidity, and mold issues that had left us not knowing where to turn. Spectrum A/C came in and helped us so much! We had several visits with the owner and other employees that diligently helped us figure out a plan that would help us solve the problem. They were super patient with us, after many phone calls, and lots of worry! Their knowledge and professionalism helped calm our nerves. The install team moved our air handler out in the garage and replaced all of our ductwork and properly added supply and return ducts in all the bedrooms. They were extremely efficient and got it done in about 1 day, only having to come back for about an hour the next day. Our home has been healed! We feel the airflow throughout the house and the dehumidifier that was installed is doing its job! They also added a Halo air purifier for extra air quality protection. If anyone is looking for a great, reliable AC company then Spectrum is the one to call. We had an AC installed by them a month ago and it worked well until we discovered there was a refrigerant leak from the lineset under the building of our condo. I was shown by the technician Nick where the leak was coming from, some companies would not do that and take you on a ride. These guys really are honest and look out for you. They then installed a new refrigerant lineset for us. That is a very difficult job, but Chris, Cody and Nick were great, very professional and made sure the unit was working properly! I would recommend this company to anyone, they treat customers like they are family and get the job done!
