This place has been highly talked about amongst my friends and I had to give it a try. I am so glad I did and I will definitely be back very soon! I was extremely sore and my knees were in a lot of pain from starting to run again. I decided to do 2 of their core services which was the red light therapy, as well as the full body cryotherapy. I was really nervous for the cryotherapy because I did not know what to expect. However they did very well on explaining everything and addressing any concerns I had which calmed my nerves. After it all I walked but of there with 0 pain I was having previously for days and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and my recovery! In my opinion it was a lot easier than an ice cold plunge I’ve tried before. 10/10 definitely recommend going and trying it out for yourself. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I did compression, red light and cryotherapy. They were all amazing but compression was my absolute favorite. Throughout our time there staff was so attentive and kind.
