I had a disappointing experience with B&B Food Services. I called to inquire about their cold storage fees and services and was transferred to someone named Jen for assistance. Unfortunately, Jen was extremely rude during our conversation. She claimed she would email me the information I requested, but I never received anything. When I asked if I could call her with additional questions, she bluntly told me to email her instead. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend B&B Food Services to anyone looking for reliable and respectful communication.
