Jay from B&M Roofing made my complete roof replacement as low stress as possible! He was professional, punctual, and clearly explained the entire scope of work, ensuring I understood every step. He detailed all shingle options and what a fortified roof entailed, connecting me with resources to make it happen. He outlined how the work would align with the warranty, taking photos throughout the project to document progress and quality in the event of any future warranty claims. Jay worked closely with my insurance adjuster, meeting on short notice and handling supplement requests of the insurance company to ensure accuracy. The work crew was on time and completed the job within the expected timeframe. When the final payment was due, I had no surprises. The cost was what I expected. I had a minor issue arise. Jay resolved it immediately, demonstrating B&M’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Although the work crew thoroughly cleaned the site, Jay returned to inspect, re-raking the yard and using a magnet to sweep for errant nails and debris across my yard, driveway, the street, and even the neighbor’s areas. Overall, I'd give my experience with B&M 4.7 out of 5 stars! I had to push a majority of the communication along, but other than that they delivered everything I asked for in a timely and professional manner. They even helped redesign some vent issues that were unknowing causing some leakage. Happy with the work and prices they provided--I would definitely recommend to others!

I needed a new roof and wanted to use a company that had a long standing history and good reviews. I narrowed my search down to two companies and contacted both for estimates. One of the companies never followed up other than an automated email reply to my request and the other business (B&M) contacted me the same day to schedule the physical inspection. Austin was at my house two days after my initial call and provided my estimate the same day even though it was a Friday and he had other appointments to attend to. Austin was very polite as well as informative about the entire process. I made my decision over the weekend and contacted Austin on Monday and he let me know that my roof could be done as soon as the next day. Although the next day didn’t work for me, he worked with me and I chose another day the same week. I received a call the day before installation to inform me of the time the crew would be at my house and they arrived on time. They had the job completed in the afternoon of the same day. The roof looks great and they did a great job cleaning up to the point that you couldn’t even tell that they had done the job that day. Austin contacted me during the job to inform me of progress and also sent an invoice that included pictures of the work that being done. If you are looking for a company that you can trust, B&M is the one to use. Great communication, great work, and reasonable rates. The crew did amazing work and Austin does an amazing job with his position. There is a reason B&M has been in business for over 30 years and maintains high ratings from their clients. If you want a business that is all about getting the job done and making you feel like they care about getting your business, B&M is the only call you need to make. My thanks to Austin, the office, and of course, the crew for making this experience effortless and satisfying.
