The room was ok. Not the best premier inn I’ve used. It was quiet so I slept ok. ||You need to pay to park via the machine before you go into the premier inn. Not sure if part of the building is being used to house others ! ||There was a note to say they were having supplier issues re the food. Understatement! The food served was Tescos own cheaper brand of bread, crumpets , frozen fruit smoothie type mix. Only one pit of Tesco yogurt available. The next guests in were told there was no yogurt. The cooked breakfast was “warm” at best. I didn’t bother. So far removed from the advertised premier inn breakfast. If there are issues, then premier inn need to let you know as you book then you have the choice to eat elsewhere rather than buy the food package with the room stay.

Standard premier inn… I wish I could have opened the window slightly for some fresh air, but they are all bolted in- for safety reasons I assume. I had dinner and breakfast at the Brewers Fayre, that was rather disappointing I must say. Below average food quality. Staff were nice though.

What amazing service. I’d arrived after breaking down and being towed to the Premier Inn. Mia was very supportive and helpful. She was so calming in such a stressful situation. Thank you Mia and Premier Inn.|Rooms were clean and despite everything I slept well and felt safe.

Great location. With retail shops over the road and even more outlet stores like Nike and Prada, further down in walking distance. A new hotel with a large shower, no bath. Parking was £6 for 2 nights stay. Pay this in one go, not every day as the desk suggested. Brewers Fayre is over the road where the food was as good as a Brewers Fayre gets. My steak was as I would expect from a bespoke steak house, top marks.
