Unfortunately, the driver was confirmed to be available since noon, and after his afternoon call, he said after an hour, and until 9 pm, he did not respond, and I did not receive the shipment on the specified date. Why do you keep someone stuck at home all day while he waits and is unable to move when he will not deliver it at all? It is truly disrespectful to the customer, his time, and no appreciation for people. Please take the necessary action with the driver to ensure that we deals with you again. They call me twice by weird number about the shipment I didn't know I have shipment maybe I have ordered from 6 months ago say go in app or go in link then post the # I check messages SMS I don't see # just sent me link for the the company they sent # on WhatsApp I didn't know they sent me on WhatsApp I don't us WhatsApp much it supposed to be they sent me on SMS and I cannot contact them 🤷🏻‍♂️
