Kate MillarPlaced an order for a car seat on the 30/11/24. Order stated it would be available in 7-10 working days. Today is 14/12/24 so we have now passed this time and, nothing. I have emailed the company and called numerous times this morning to find out where this car seat is and to perhaps cancel the order so I can get a car seat sooner. But, nothing. The person on extension 70036167 is unavailable. Can anyone please tell me where my order actually is and when I shall receive it?? In response to your reply, I emailed Thursday and received nothing on Friday in response to this. Also your phone lines state that you are open Mon to Sat. Today is the 30.12.24, a month on from first ordering the car seat. Still nothing and no real explanation as to why this has so far taken a month to get. Absolutely ridiculous. 😒
Harriet Rowland ClarkI ordered a £300 car seat from this company. It has not arrived. I cannot get through via the phone and I am not getting any answer to my emails. EDIT - car seat never replied. Luckily I paid on my credit card and got a refund. Would not recommend using this company.

Mohammed FoysulI purchased from this website after seeing the great reviews, little did I know that it would be extremely difficult getting a refund, I bought a maxi-cosi isofix family fix2 which did not light up or make any noise as the battery holder compartment was completely missing. I queried this with customer service and they told me that it’s not supposed to light up or make noise, trying to fob me off and insulting me in the process, they said it would cost me £18 to return it. The item is clearly faulty as the indicator lights and audible noise are an integral feature of this product, I’ve sent more pictures via email of the book and the isofix showing where the lights are suppose to light up. I Just want to return this item at no cost to me for a full refund as its blatantly faulty. Avoid this place if you don’t want hassle, and if you do buy, purchase via paypal so they can resolve any issues if the company try to fob you off. Order number - BM1614
