Myself and my mum popped in this week to get an idea of what I would like for the baby and came out with a full travel set - The lovely ladies showed us everything we needed to know and had the patience to answer all of our questions without making us feel like we needed to make a decision straight away. After coming here from a recommend myself, I would highly recommend to anyone else!

Just visited the Baby Lady for the first time today all the way from London and Debbie and Scott were so helpful and accommodating. There a car seat safety centre and helped fit my new car seat and checked my sons fit in the seat itself. They were so amazing especially around my unhappy toddler who really didn't want to try out the seat. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The shop itself is fantastic with so much stock and different options to look at from car seats, prams and general baby items including nursery furniture upstairs. It's the ideal place to go shopping if you're expecting and also for car seats for toddlers as well. I'd definitely recommend it to any of my friends and family and it's so worth the journey if you live further away. I called to check stock first and everything was ready waiting for me to try out. My toddler is so happy in he's new seat especially as he isn't a fan of car journeys.

Myself and my partner (Rebecca) visited the baby lady today to look for a travel system for our baby due in March, we were greeted as we were let in by lots of friendly faces, after asking if we could just have a look around Sarah came to check if we were ok. She then spent the next nearly three hours showing us everything we wanted to see plus some extra travel systems so we had all the options, she was extremely patient and friendly and her customer service was amazing! Nothing was too much to ask and her knowledge of the travel systems was brilliant, there were no questions she couldn't answer. Sarah made a massive difference to our visit after already hearing lovely reviews of the shop, we will always remember how kind she was when we were buying our travel system. There was no pressure and she wanted to make sure we were sure before purchasing and after her brilliant demos and information we knew we were absolutely sure so we placed an order there and then. We would like to thank the baby lady and Sarah especially for making our experience everything we could of hoped for and more! We cannot wait to collect our travel system nearer the time.
