I love that they only stock the best/safest options alongside providing great advice, so it really takes the stress out of baby shopping. Excellent service I visited Laura a few weeks ago looking for a suitable pram for my new son for our family holiday. I was demonstrated 3 different prams and went for the jools aer. This item wasn’t it stock but it was chased to make sure l had it for my weekend. On arrival l met with Lynn who reminded me of how to use it and collapse it. The staff are so lovely and go above and beyond. I will definitely be returning for my baby boys high chair and car seat for when he grows out of the current one. We just wanted to say a big thank you to all the team at Baby Loves . They spent a long time with us explaining how the various products worked and helped with all our questions. We purchased a full pram set and the cost was the same if not more competitive than other top retailers but with that extra service which makes the experience more special.
