Takes absolutely ages to get your order and always things wrong
DISGUSTING…. I’ve NEVER been spoken to the way this man just spoke to me, I rang up with a question and he wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence…. Was hoping to place a huge first order but he seemed to think I only wanted three coats because he wasn’t listening to me. Then put the phone down on me saying he was too busy to speak to me. Utterly disgusted. Who does business like this?? …
Very Rude Owner. Has no official way of registering his customers. (no trade card nver made a log of my shop nameect) I have a bricks and mortar store and had visited twice before. He didn't recognise me when I returned and was unbelievably rude and arrogant. Will never return. Horrible man. Much nicer and more professional suppliers local to him to use.
