I used their service to obtain my Chinese Visa and it was completed in 2 weeks. They charge a $120 service fee, which they will do everything for you (filling out the application online, going to the embassy to submit the paperwork and etc). The visa application fee is $185, plus the service fee your total comes to $305 per application. Only downside is that they misplaced my old passport (I submitted my old passport as a reference because I had my old Chinese visa attached to my old passport) and bundled it with a stranger’s passport. FYI- you won’t get much customer service there. I called the beginning of the second week to ask about the progress and they told me my passport is not back yet without even asking for my name.
