They did not clean my apartment. I paid them $380 for cleaning services they did not provide. I used Back Savers to move me and clean my new place. They told me that they spent 3 hours cleaning and charged me for $380. My new place was not cleaned. I had to have them come back to fix an exhaust hose they broke, which they couldn't fix, and reconnect my couch that they forgot to do and I spoke with Curtis and showed him proof that the cleaning was not done. He said he would speak to the manager about it. I sent pictures of the cleaning issue. I had contacted the manager about getting the receipt for the services provided and it took a week and a half and multiple requests to get the receipt and get Curtis to come back to reconnect my couch, try to reconnect the end of a vent hose they should not have removed, which he could not re-attach, and to discuss the fact that they did not clean my place and I showed him the proof they did not clean. I also contacted the manager about a mirror they broke and provided pictures. I finally reached the manager yesterday to discuss the 3 issues of the cleaning, the broken mirror, and the vent hose. He said that usually within 48 hours of the cleaning they would have come back to redo it. I told him about the conversation with Curtis and that I have made several attempts to contact him. He said he could send me a little something via Venmo. I told him I wanted a full refund as they did not clean at all. He proceeded to talk over me. He did not resolve the issue. I had another moving company tell me that I should never use Back Savers as they are one of the worst. I would not recommend using Back Savers for cleaning.

I had the most positive experience with backs savers moving today. The crew showed up 20 minutes early and had already filled a pod within 20 minutes. They worked so hard and so fast, and were incredibly communicative. I’m kind of gushing, but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or cooler guys to load all my stuff today. Would absolutely recommend back savers to anybody who needs help moving.

Great communication with owner Josh which was vital as we were moving from southern Oregon to a high rise condo building with strict move in requirement The movers, John and Paul were true professionals with great attitude and efficiency which made the move so much easier. If you are looking for a professional moving service look no further.
