I had an appointment with Dr. McMordie at 11:30 this morning. I was there on time, have never visited the facililty before and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious open area with offices around. The ladies at reception were friendly and helpful. Just a few minutes after I arrived Dr. McMordie introduced herself and showed me into her office. The doctor is a lovely delightful lady and very knowledgeable. She has many mementos from her times as being a doctor for Canadian athletes at Olympic Games. She made me feel at ease right away and told me the various medical options I could take for my arthritic knee. The type of injection I chose was administered to me quickly and painlessly and I was out of there in a short but not hurried time.- Have a three month follow-up appointment. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. McCordie and the facility. Sylvia Knight

I’ve been seeing Carolyn for pelvic floor physio and she is AMAZING!! I went to her after seeing a different pelvic floor specialist and it has been such an improvement. Carolyn makes you feel so comfortable during the appointment, makes great conversation, and seriously knows what she’s doing. I’ve learned so much about my body and progress postpartum (and in general) over even just a couple of weeks seeing her. I would highly recommend, even if you just want to make sure you’re on track. Carolyn won’t take advantage of your time. She will clearly discuss your goals and stay on track to help you achieve it. I’ve been really impressed with how thorough and personalized she is with every visit. I am so grateful to have found this place!
