Awesome service! I hadn’t even set foot in this store but I called them when my Osprey backpack failed on a thru hike from Georgia, US to Cap Gaspé, QC. Kaylee got me in touch with an Osprey rep and literally saved my thru hike!! Thank you sooo much ;)

I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but Kaylee was incredibly helpful yesterday walking me through options for motorcycle camping. I needed a few items that I had researched online, and Kaylee spent time listening to my needs and offering REAL advice that fit my needs. She was patient and helpful, and honestly she gave the best customer service I’ve had in years. I ended up leaving with exactly what I needed and I spent less than I thought I’d have to, while ending up with products that were better for my use than I expected to get. Again, great store, but absolutely awesome staff. Thanks Kaylee!

Excellent customer service. Visited to buy myself some new hiking boots, had lots of questions and Teagan was super helpful with answering all of them and helped me find a comfy pair of boots I'm confident will feel great on the trails. Highly recommend!
