Gave a bag for repair. Promised to get it back in 1 week. Nothing happened for a month. Visited them to see the status. They told will check and call back in a day. No response for 1 week now. The quality of the products and the service has come down significantly. Will not recommend this brand anymore.

I bought a handbag from this outlet and the staff assured that the invoice will be sent to my phone no/ email. I haven't received it even after 3 days of purchase. Also, I could find some damages on the bag and it makes me doubt if the bag is a duplicate one. I tried contacting the outlet for the invoice, but didn't receive a reply yet. Now I have serious doubts as to why they didn't give me the invoice at the time of purchase. It is disheartening that one can't trust even the so called 'brand outlets'. I WON'T RECOMMEND this baggit outlet to anyone.
