I should have gone here in the first place. I ordered a freezer from a big box store. I waited 2 weeks and when they delivered it, it was damaged! Wouldn't get a replacement for 2 or 3 weeks. Friday I did a chat with Bradley. He was super helpful. Had the freezer in stock and it was delivered today ( Tuesday) The delivery person was super nice! Thank you for the great service!

Excellent and knowledgeable experience! ‘Jo’ in Appliances certainly knows her stuff and is very personable. We received our washing machine (which had to be ordered) much quicker than we anticipated! The delivery notifications were clear and easy to follow, and Alex and his partner were polite and very careful of our property when installing the washing machine. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience buying from Baillio’s Appliance, Electronics, and Mattress Store.

We purchased a Fridgidaire Gallery French door/bottom freezer refrigerator. The sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We were told 2-3 weeks for delivery. A few days later the sales person called saying our fridge was here. Delivery was set. When they showed up the appliance was damaged. We returned it and were told another 2-3 weeks for delivery. 7/29/25 the appliance was delivered and set up (sort of). The delivery persons were friendly. However they did not level the appliance. Next morning I noticed the freezer drawer would not seal at the top. I leveled the appliance per the manual and you tube videos. The freezer still does not seal. I notified our sales person who called their serve center. Now I have to wait another week for a serve tech. I can’t empty the old unit because of problems with this new one. We are discouraged over this new fridge. Maybe it will get fixed. Thinking of returning it for a refund. Shouldn’t have these problems with new expensive appliances.

Jason showed me all the gas appliances. I bought one on Friday and had it delivered and installed by noon Monday. I love my new range! Delivery guys were careful and knowledgeable.
