Exceptional in every aspect. Although sceptical at the start I now see why this agent is getting such excellent reviews. I'm simply here adding another one: Jamie initially gave a realistic valuation of my home and took the photos. All was available online very quickly (within a day or so). There was a comprehensive online questionnaire to complete; designed ostensibly to save time at the end which seems to have worked very well. Once my home was visible online I accepted the first offer (within a week or so). G&R had already checked the buyer's affordability so no wasted time there. Leanne then took over the sales progression. She mailed me every week with a very useful progress report, leaving me every time with no questions to ask. It's difficult to imagine how they could have done a better job. Additionally their costs are extremely competitive. If this level of service (and associated reviews) continue I can't imagine any good reason to use another agent in the future. Thank you Jamie, Leanne and all involved, 10/10.

Gilbert & Rose have been a great help throughout our process so far of buying our first home. Lewis H was our negotiator who even when on annual leave helped us when we had an issue getting our survey report back, calling them and helping to chase it which had a massive impact. Katie is always so lovely when I speak to her on the phone at G&R even when I’m calling to ask silly questions! 🥲 Phoebe has also been a great help so far, keeping me updated with the sales process and helping to chase responses from the sellers solicitor which has also massively helped so far. Fingers crossed to exchanging soon but would absolutely recommend this estate agents.
