I visited Hook Lounge on a Friday evening and had a good time! The ambience was lively and relaxed with a pretty cool vibe that perfectly matched its prime location right on the Promenade beach, facing the sea. What truly surprised me was their Bollywood night in Pondicherry on a Friday night. Grooving to Bollywood beats was something I didn’t expect but it turned out to be fun. A special shout-out to Vicky, who served us. He was full of energy, super attentive and had a smile on his face throughout. His friendly service really made my first experience here even better. If you visit, do say Hi to Vicky and you’ll know what I mean! Not to forget, he also offered us free shooters 😜 The lounge also offers hookah, so if you’re looking for a place in Pondy to chill with good music, sea breeze and hookah, this is definitely a go-to spot. Lastly, the food here is good too. We tried the Surmai Masala Fry and Hara Bhara Kebabs, both of which were delicious.

We had dinner here. Atmosphere and hospitality were good. Cauliflower 65 was so good. Noodles and rice were okay. Fish mole was good.

Tried their chicken Caesar salad and spicy chicken salad both are leckerous and soul touching. The place offers such a great vibe, but some spots are having too much lighting which will be uncomfortable for some people.

Nice balcony area, sheesha served. No bottles available, but only cans. Earth pizza was awesome. Would be a good place to visit of non other place works.
