We recently entrusted our beloved dog, Teddy, to Megan at SoCal Off-Leash for a two-week stay and train at her home, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we met Megan, her expertise and genuine love for dogs were evident. During Teddy’s stay, Megan worked wonders with his training. She transformed his behavior and obedience levels in ways we couldn’t have imagined. Her home provided a warm, loving, and structured environment where Teddy felt comfortable and thrived. Megan’s approach to training is both professional and compassionate. She tailored the training to fit Teddy’s unique personality and needs, which made a significant difference in his progress. The daily updates and videos she sent us not only reassured us but also showcased Teddy’s impressive improvements. We can’t thank Megan enough for the incredible job she did. My husband & I did a ton of research looking into trainers in Southern California when we brought our puppy home & thank goodness we came across Off-Leash SoCal. We filled out the questionnaire & met with our trainer, Scott, for the drop-off. Scott was so patient in answering all of our questions and getting to know Harper. We 100% trusted him & the drop off was easy knowing she was in good hands! Harper, our 6 month old golden retriever, did the 2 week board & train with Scott. When we dropped her off, she barely knew any commands, would not listen, had terrible leash manners/ house manners/ car manners, you name it. We didn’t know where to start! Scott kept us up-to-date with the blog posts daily, detailing exactly what they did each day & how she performed. He detailed when she excelled & when she struggled. It wasn’t just fluff! The videos & photos each day made the two weeks apart from our new puppy worth it. We saw as she started to learn the ropes! & at pick-up, I swear it was a new dog. Harper was well-behaved, on & off-leash, & not only performed all of her commands, but relaxed with us in between. Before we dropped her off, she’d be trying to run away or chasing squirrels at the first chance. At her pick-up, we sat her in the place command, & a dog walked by and she just watched, didn’t move. Crazy! Then Scott showed us exactly how to put on her collar & walk her through each command she had learned. The 2 weeks she spent with Scott were an incredible change, not just in her ability to perform commands & walk on and off leash, but in her entire demeanor & desire to listen. Scott communicated throughout the 2 weeks with any questions we had & we are so appreciative of him and everything he did. I would recommend OffLeash SoCal (especially Scott!) to anyone looking into training like we were when we were furiously googling. No need to continue the research, this is your place. 10/10, 6 stars out of 5, she’s a brand new dog and we’re so thankful. We have the baseline needed to continue her training & make her the best dog she can be. Thank you again Scott!

I had randomly found Off Leash SoCal on a google search and with all of their glowing reviews I knew I had to give it a shot. I chose the 2 week board and train program for my 10 month old Lab, Kaia. Let me just say, it's worth every penny. Cristian (the trainer assigned to Kaia) was incredible. The daily "Pupdates" with photos, videos, and summaries of Kaia's daily training schedule, along with how much she was eating will keep confident you made the right choice. Kaia's issues have melted away and Cristian took the time and care to give me the knowledge I needed to continue the training at home when it was time for pickup. I had lots of questions about specific scenarios that had been giving me anxiety and Cristian explained how to confront each one of these issues. Thank you to the Off Leash SoCal team, ESPECIALLY CRISTIAN, for giving myself and Kaia a great new path forward.
