Balmer Roofing did a wonderful job replacing the roof on our house! We primarily worked with Desiree. She was very prompt and clear with her communications with us, and helped us to answer questions we had regarding the different roofing products as well as listened to us when wanting to configure our gutters a certain way. When it was time for roof installation, the crew was very respectful of our property, making sure to not damage plants and also was considerate in making sure that we were able to access our cars while the dumpster for roofing material was in the driveway. The crew was also very prompt in starting every day at the same time (7:30am on the dot). All in all, it took 2 days to replace ~1000 sq. ft roof and ~0.5 days to install 160 linear feet of gutters. We would highly recommend Balmer Roofing and Solar to anyone looking to have their roof replaced!

A neighbor recommended Balmer who did work on their investment properties. We worked with Steve Browning who was fantastic to work with for both our roof and gutters. A year later when a few heavy storms came thru our basement took on water. The gutter was aiming water along the side of my house and away from the gutter system which leached into my trim below and into the basement. I made Jon Balmer aware, they sent someone out to look at it, said they would install a scoop 'next week', but weren't responsible for water being able to penetrate my trim, that was my houses fault. In any case, they never came out to make any repairs(2 months later). I did not hound them to fix it after they said they would, but should I have to? It cost me $1,000 to repair. If you want Balmer to fix it's mistakes, you will not be a priority. I would not recommend this company.
