Nicole has excellent communication skills, she makes you feel valued and welcomed from the moment you come in. She is knowledgeable in her work and is able to help her clients understand if their chosen treatment/procedure is beneficial for them. She does not make you feel uncomfortable when you decline other/future treatments unlike my previous experiences with different aestheticians.
