Shelby VassSuper happy with our experience with BBPH! My cat Maggie was told she needed a tooth removed from another local vet office we were going to and I was starting to feel uncomfortable with. I went to BBPH for a second opinion/quote. The original vet we were going to quoted nearly twice as much for the same procedure and it ended up that she didn’t even need the tooth removed - just a cleaning. BBPH could have easily removed the tooth and charged us more - I wouldn’t have known otherwise - but did what needed to be done and were kind and compassionate throughout. They are very honest and provide excellent care. They were also super communicative prior to and during the procedure. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Maggie and I say thank you!
gab trapI have a rescue dog who is both a complete medical and behavioural disaster. Balmy Beach has been super accommodating over the years dealing with her considerable aggression. Dr. Singh has also completed multiple kidney and bladder surgeries on my dog and she has always recovered perfectly from the surgery with no complications. I've dealt with this vet office multiple times quite upset during pet emergencies and significant financial stress and always been treated kindly. Attached is my poor dog after her most recent surgery last year lol.
